Haga looking for his friends, Nikola hosting the meta-AI Tesla, this episode was mostly exposition. And it shows that the world is actually keeping track of what the debuggers do, and what they were supposed to.

The animation isn't as good as I feel like this series deserved. Still, I'm having fun with it. The scene where Tesla chomps on the debugging stone was specially fun.

I love how much this episode shows Sensei's character:

Sure, he's fucked up, and he wants to die a really weird way that appeases his aesthetic sense. But he's also extremely observant, deeply knows human nature, and he's also able to unearth what not even a person knows about themself.

And he isn't buying your bullshit, like "either this or that".

I also feel like this episode was a great adaptation of the manga. "Tama" and Annette dragging the coffin, the princess deciding for a double suicide with Sensei and then giving it up, the two potential new kings being a demon and a good-for-nothing...

Frankly if I were trapped in a game world there's no way that I'd keep work as usual like Haga. I'd probably burrow myself somewhere, blacksmithing the Infinity+1 sword or brewing some OP potion. Or building a huge tower like another debugger does later on.)

Animators, please. You're ruining the show :-/

I was rather excited at it, the manga is good, so why the hell do you need to do things so slow? It's fine to abridge things for the adaptation, anime requires a faster pace.

I have a really soft spot for the manga series, and I'm glad to see it being animated. So far the animation has been fine, I hope that it's kept this way.

...Sensei doesn't want to become a hero but an hero.

I was expecting something slightly lewder, considering the source (Methonium's manga series). Or longer, the episode has effectively, like, 10min?

I'm probably dropping this series midway, but for now it's interesting enough to keep going on.

Depending on how they do it, the animation might be really fun. The story has the same "driving force" as Tsukimichi, of a character wanting revenge on the goddess that dumped him in a world; but it's far more serious, the overpowered skills aren't as flashy, there's no "city building" aspect but a lot of "my strategy beats yours".

What a great episode! I love the indirect [and unknowing!] display of power that Rimuru does through Diablo. And the options that Diablo offered to the kingdom are smart - it gives them a false belief that they have choices.

And Shion being cute and all proud of her job. Damn that cooking skill :3

My brain went "naniiiiii???" until I remembered the date.

Well, that's it. The Organisation was crushed, Ivy got a huge reward that amounts to a bazillion field mice, and she went back to travel with Sora and Ciel.

At least she could tell the people around her the truth of being a starless tamer. And now her travels take a different goal - instead of running away, she's looking for new stuff.

I don't expect a new season for this series, but it was an enjoyable ride.

Wait. What? Did the blond stooge actually apologise to Eumiella? With sincerity??? This must be a sign that the Demon Lord is coming! Oh wait they're coming either way.

This episode has both Eleonora and Patrick showing some love sickness, in their own ways...
