I just gave away my old and basic Gaggia that I hadn’t even touched in years. Just because I’ve limited my coffee intake to one cup per day and that cup comes in the morning and it’s made on a V60.
In Finland we have a hydroelectric plant on every single river leading into the Baltic Ocean apart from Tornionjoki because half of it belongs to Sweden. We can’t have fish swimming upstream from ocean to lakes because of this. Don’t go overboard with hydro.
Some people pay for youtube premium+ (or whatever it’s called) and try to be oh so smug about the quality of service they get. YT with no ads. If you pay for it. I’d rather just not use youtube.

I acted out on feelings I didn’t recognize myself when I was at my worst, people told me to go to therapy. Then I finally did, and after three years I was more in touch with my emotions and more in balance with my inner world.
