It sure is.... then you have time for nothing else, and thats the goal :) the less you think the better (for them)

I got it, by pushing with my legs, a lot lot lot of kg, but not enough training, maybe a few weeks then I went in too much
Worst part: doctors didnt see anything, they didnt even do all the necessary scans, and I forgot where I put the paper for order date
