My low power would likely melt trying to run Whisper.
You just need a GPU running in realtime along side your video playback to analyse what is being played instead of a single text file with timecodes.

Im zweiten Tab Zack Freedman schauen (Link) und mich ärgern, dass mir die Motivation fehlt entweder was mit Code zu basteln oder vor die Tür zu gehen.
Hab heute 2 Minuten nach Arbeitsbeginn schon eine böse Mail von unserem Projektkunden bekommen, dass die geplante und abgesegnete Abschaltung der Datenversorgung dazu geführt hat, dass die Datenversorgung abgeschaltet wurde und wir das doch bitte schnellstens wieder berichtigen sollten.

Facebook is, as far as I can tell, a lot more user-centric which might lead to a 'Everything is about you' mentality. So commenters over there might be more prone to think that whatever they have to say is relevant and could add value. While lemmy-likes are a lot more content focused, not even highlighting the user name of authors a lot. So comments have to be able to exist on their own without a 'face' connected to it. Not sure if this makes sense.

Stattdessen gibt's dann jetzt das Trauma, das jeder Port identisch aussieht aber verschiedene Dinge kann, genau wie jedes Kabel verschiedene Dinge kann. Wieviel Watt, welcher USB-Standard, Thunderbolt ja oder nein, Displayport Altmode ja oder nein, und dann noch die ganzen Hersteller die USB-C Kabel bauen, bei denen die Einsteckrichtung tatsächlich relevant ist. Bis es da einheitliche und verpflichtende Standards gibt haben wir nur ein Übel gegen ein anderes getauscht.
