Also worth mentioning that if you have ADHD, you get those same protections. Idk how it is in Canada where OP is, but in the US, adult autism evaluations can be hard to obtain and insurance typically will fight coverage but ADHD evaluations are easier and usually covered.

You have to angle your body such that the water drips straight down and not toward the front. It requires some practice to get the hang of.

I have been typing my journals for over a decade. If you don't have a fondness for handwriting, then it will not make you feel any better. I find it frustrating to write by hand. It's significantly slower than my thoughts, it adds more clutter, it's less convenient, it cramps my hand, and you lose out on the ability to search your notes to help you remember events or check your progress. You don't have to use a fancy journaling app if you don't want to. I just use Google docs.

Water restrictions vary by city, but landscape irrigation is indeed restricted. Usually they go up to stage 4, which typically limits to watering once a week or once every 2 weeks.

Interestingly, they include hand watering in the restrictions. My city has designated days and times you are allowed to water, but hand watering is allowed at any time.
