Literally no one I know supports Israel. There are constant protests pro-Palestine in pretty much all Western countries. Pro-Israel rallies do exist & the media tries hard to bring them into focus, but they’re nowhere near as big nor frequent. The public opinion is rightfully on the side of the Palestinians. Our political leaders are out of touch and just follow their next paycheck.

If Aljazeera is a Hamas Propaganda outlet then Haaretz and every other Israeli newspaper are Zionist propaganda outlets.

Say it with me, the ethnonationalist settler colony Israel is conducting a genocide on the Palestinian people. This is happening in front of our eyes. We can see it unfolding in real time. It’s not too late for you to stop supporting a genocidal state and be on the right side of history instead. And let me say it very explicitly. The right side of history is the side of the Palestinian people.

I mean the genocide that Israel is conducting on the Palestinian people. Kind of a bummer when you wanna celebrate Christmas.

Es ist allerdings auch wirklich frustrierend. In der letzten NRW-Wahl z.B. haben sie mMn einen sehr sozialdemokratischen Wahlkampf geführt, es ging größtenteils um steigende Mieten und Inflation, bzw. Generell Armut bekämpfen.

Vielleicht wurden sie von vielen nicht gewählt weil „Russlandversteher“, aber im mitgliederstärksten Bundesland mit so vielen potentiellen Wählern im Rhein-Ruhr Gebiet nur auf 2.1% zu kommen, das zeigt irgendwo auch dass die Leute anscheinend nicht links wählen wollen. Oder vielleicht geht es ihnen irgendwie doch noch zu gut?

Irgendwo hat sich jedenfalls die Partei sehr stark von der eigentlich wichtigsten Zielgruppe entfernt, Arbeiter und Geringverdiener. Finde ich sehr traurig und ich wüsste kaum, wie man es dort z.B. anders hätte machen sollen. Populismus von links? Keine Ahnung.

They hate that like what 99.9% of Muslims in Europe just live here like anyone else. They don’t want that. They want westerners to hate Muslims and Muslims to feel rejected by society. These terrorists then want to make it seem as if they’d be standing up for and protecting Muslims against this hatred. Then, they have a very narrow view on what makes someone a „real“ Muslim and want to make that view the mainstream. Now for any normal Muslim, they would need to decide if they lose their religion or start becoming „real“ Muslims. It’s very black and white. And then for someone who truly believes, this puts them in a very difficult spot from a psychological point of view.

These people just abuse the fear of people on all sides.

Es ist extrem menschenverachtend und rassistisch, Menschen die vor Bomben fliehen mit Terroristen gleichzusetzen, nur weil sie die gleiche Nationalität haben.

Ich sehe den Namen des Posters unter jedem Post der irgendwas mit Nahost zutun hat. Und sonst quasi nirgendwo. Feddit ist ja noch ziemlich klein da fällt einem sowas auf. Meistens haben die Posts von diesem Account auch ziemlich viele Downvotes.

Ich bin froh, dass dies keinen großen Anklang bei der Community findet und hoffe es bleibt so.

Das kann dann ja ein Gericht entscheiden, ob das Schwenken einer Palästina-Fahne tatsächlich eine Straftat war. Ich glaube zwar nicht, aber selbst wenn erlaubt das nicht, Selbstjustiz auszuüben.Insbesondere nicht als Lehrer gegenüber einem Schutzbefohlenem.

Danke für den Beitrag! Wollte tatsächlich nur etwas ranten und denke mir jetzt warum eigentlich nicht stattdessen dem Abgeordneten schreiben als Anfang. Würde sich wohl tatsächlich besser anfühlen als sich nur zu beschweren und frustriert zu sein weil sich gefühlt nichts ändert
