Idk it was fun for me. I thought it was interesting being from China, I'm not that well read so the Chinese author put a cool perspective on the novel.
And the reason nuclear isn't on a decline cost curve is due to the lack of investment monies. Nuclear didn't get the same level of RND like renewables did over the last decade.
I'm currently reading The Stars, Like Dust. By Issac Asimov. Seems decent I haven't been completely invested in the main character like I was in The Currents of Space (I know I read book 2 before book 1). But I like Asimov so I'll finish it it'll be a quick read anyways. I plan to finish the Galactic Empire series and then start Foundation (Finally!).
Asimov is really good. If you are hesitate you can read I, Robot. Which is a collection of short stories to give you an idea of his writing style.
His books are pretty quick reads and high quality.
