Great advice there from comrade SadArtemis. All I'd add is that whatever route you go, you can reduce your anxiety by practicing what you'll say.
Write down the main points you want to cover, then practice explaining them, making sure to keep within whatever time limit you have. It may take a few rounds, but you'll be much more comfortable and confident as a result.
