In Soviet countries there was a tradition to keep the remotes in their original packaging or a fitting plastic bag. They work almost the same, and this prevented the remote from getting nasty over time, or breaking apart all over the place when dropped.

Doing public action stuff is kinda like going to the gym. It's great for you on multiple levels when you do it, but doesn't really hurt when you don't. I'd suggest you check out a smaller thing first, maybe a reading club or a local meeting. That way you can meet the people you'd be protesting with, maybe even link up and go together next time. But just the vibes of being around like-minded people are very inspiring and motivating.

PSA - remember to pin versions of the dependencies your software uses. Just recently there was a 0day vulnerability in libwebp with CVE severity score 10/10, and that library is extremely widely used.

China fought on behalf of the reclusive communist state against the US and others during the 1950-1953 Korean war, and in recent years has helped prop up its weak economy, allegedly in violation of UN sanctions in response to Pyongyang’s nuclear weapons programme, which Beijing had endorsed.

Based on so many levels.

It's a good thing for good people to have money. It can go a long way - to relief orgs, mutual support funds, helping family and friends. And just to take care of yourself physically and mentally, so that you can reach your further goals. There's a lot to be done. Get your bag, king.

Same. Don't sully the beautiful and working maglev trains with that garbage scam that killed any HSR hopes for millions of Californians.

This image further proves that the main difference between anarchists and commies is showering habits.

Of the 25 largest cities, 20 saw increases in their police budgets from FY 2019 to FY 2022. Twenty-one of these cities are run by Democrats.

The genocide, and moreso the ethnic displacement have always been the main side-quest in the Israel project. Displaced Palestinian people strain the social systems at the neighboring, non-friendly Middle Eastern countries. And eventually this leads to the rise of militant, often fundamentalist extremism. On October 7 the US seized the chance to do this at an incredibly accelerated pace. And create a pathway to spike a full-on war in the region to get those sweet fresh war dollars babyy.

The feelings you described are pretty much a textbook definition of depression. I would strongly suggest seeing a psychiatrist and basically showing them this post. Not only because there are many options of effective medication that exist today, but also because depression is often comorbid with other mental conditions.

The longer you exist in this state, the harder it becomes to come out of it on your own. Mental health professionals exist specifically to help and guide you through it.
