This is meant as a commentary on the love triangle in Strange New worlds involving Spock, T'Pring and Nurse Chapel. Spock is struggling to reconcile his two halves - Vulcan and Human. T'Pring and Spock have been matched since a very young age, and although Spock's half human origins cause her social difficulty in the strict mono-culture of Vulcan, she is willing to stay by his side no matter what happens. Nurse Chapel and her relationship with Spock represent him coming to terms with his human half, and the emotions that come with them. She is emotional and unpredictable, and the personification of human nature when compared to the steadfast T'Pring. This post is bridging the gap between the choice Spock is currently facing in the show, and my efforts to shitpost on this new sub to help it thrive. There will inevitably be thirsty comments, but that is par for the course with almost every post you see here, regardless of age, gender, species, source material, live action / animated etc of the meme subjects. In summary, it wasn't meant to be sexual, just mildly annoying / entertaining

Exactly! If he was not a fan of any of the 60 years of source material perhaps he should’ve stepped aside and let someone who cares about Star Trek contribute to it
