Thanks, these ducks were in Zuid-Holland 40 km (25 miles) from the coast. They are also spotted in Limburg sometimes.
Definitely a female Blackcap. Also spent hours trying to get a decent photo of one :)

Member of the Bombylius genus are a flies mimicking a bumblebees and are parasitic on solitary bees.
You can tell this is specifically a Bombylius discolor because it has dark spots on the wings
