Its like a parasite , if you dont fight them from the start they spread and rot the place from within.. old story i heard from a bar , if you let one nazi drink in peace , they will bring their friends and crowd out the people who feel unwelcome , and in the end you'll just have a nazi bar

The thing with those types is that they hate black people and LGBT folk much more than they believe in anything the Bern is saying

There are a lot of good recipes for cooking , try looking into eastern european "poor people" quisine like peas , beans, potatos, cabbage etc , easy to make , mostly its just "slice onion , carrot and leeks , fry it in a pot for 5 mins , add peas , cook till they are soft , serve with sour cream"

Honestly its a lot more than just that ... talks about science denialism , influencers vs scientists on protein intake , recomendations on nutrition etc ... guy getting interviewed was a part of the team that did research on new nutrition "pyramid" and has a lot to say about food in general and protein in food etc etc , phytoproteins vs "meat" protein .. honestly its a nice watch as it does debunk some long held views about nutrition "facts"

Yes and no, part of it is deffinitely yes , but its lot more about how much protein people generally eat , influencers vs scientist views on protein intake , and a lot more
