There's a quote saying: There are "not two but three Koreas: North, South and the American military bases.

But I get what you mean, and that's why the DPRK have been the ones pushing for a reunification, because there should be only one.

It's more an abscence of a law. There are several mentions in documentaries, books and even some Western news about how employers can deny the job to a candidate only based on lack of attractiveness... and we are not talking only about models.
