I've had this game for years but I thought it was a VR-only game. Got it in a Humble bundle for cheap.
Dunno why it's so popular all of a sudden or why it's still $30 normally. Maybe I should try playing it.

You're both right. They are FINE with manipulation if it's something they want to promote. But if it's not allowed in their dogma then it's banned.
Set your client to download pieces sequentially. VLC will play it while it downloads in the background. Probably other players too.
False choice. Self hosting is an option, and not even that difficult these days.

Flipper Zero doesn't even have WiFi. At most it's a screen and button input device for ESP8266, ect.
You can manage profiles from the About Profiles page when Firefox is open. If Firefox won't start or you need certain options, you can also start the Profile Manager when Firefox is closed.

Well yes but that's the whole point. If there's no one local it'll be downloading from a CDN regardless.
Steam can do that now but first gotta enable it for friends. Works great for multiple computers on a slower internet connection. One downloads it then shares to the rest.
Penumbra Overture, never finished it but was fun exploring and figuring out stuff.
