No. First you always say "it's so easy to build a PC, you're dumb to get a console for gaming". Pay attention to always say this, even in unrelated circumstances

Then, after years of saying that "it's so easy", when your friend finally says "I finally want to build a PC, can you help me?", you drop this bomb

Resisting? It was a clear strategy: use VC money to give away something for free then charge/monetize to give back those investors all the money, with interests

Got an anycubic resin printer and I'm using their high speed resin (because it was bundled for free), and i tried to send a file using the high speed setting.

After the print it was seemed to be ok, then after i left in a bath of ethanol (IPA can't be found in stores in my country) i got all those holes.

What's the problem?

A slicer problem? The ethanol bath? The high speed resin that's not good?

TIL that my country has bended over the copyright trolls and blocked Archive.is, need a VPN to view...

From the website:

With Midori Browser you can browse the web with complete confidence and an advanced tracking blocker.

Then the next paragraph states:

Cryptotoken: To reward our users, we are organizing an initiative a Token to give users to use our products and services without tracking.

So it blocks tracking but adds more tracking, so users can buy some shitcoin to remove the tracking?

I'm glad that their forks of simple mobile tools didn't gain traction, then

Wait, is this a tweet with a YouTube comment?

They don't have it. It's a limited liability company so in this way they will pay only the sum of their assets (=bankruptcy) which is lower than legal expenses against a Goliath and definitely lower than 2.4 million. I'm guessing 1000x lower than the settled amount or they wouldn't have reason to found the LLC in first place or to settle this easy and this fast

Isn't the opposite?

Saving in downloads on Android doesn't need additional storage permissions, so apps will save in the big "trash can" downloads folder

Instead, who the fuck knows where iOS saved that file, where every app is sandboxed and isolated

I fried the battery charging chip for my HTC dream when I rooted and used it as a router for the family in holiday. I felt it was hot to the touch but I thought "it's gonna be ok, surely it has temperature sensors and it will throttle". High draw for a long time when charging = the chip exploded and it wouldn't charge anymore. Luckily the battery was removable and I already got an external charger for it from dealextreme. But HTC still repaired it for free under warranty even if it was my fault and I gave to them back rooted.

Same for LG when my rooted Nexus 5X boot looped, although that was an endemic problem caused by LG shitty manufacturing (they changed the stance a few months after that, never bought LG anymore)

Samsung should repair it, I thought they were the only ones root friendly left on the market...

I'm pissed that I bought simple gallery pro because it respected my privacy, then because the dev sold his soul for a ton of money, it now rapes my privacy

I'm really curious about the amount of money exchanged. It must have been an enormous amount in order to do a "I'd even sell my mom for that" and don't feel dirty

By surprise and without any announcement (maybe I missed it?) Ryochan7 archived their ds4windows project with a final EOL release

Vigembus (the driver) is also discontinued due to a trademark issue by an unrelated company that has nothing to do with gaming

What will be the path forward to easily use non-xbox pads on windows?

The problem is people got the idea that they need a 3 ton truck to do grocery shopping

I use a dual shock 4 via Bluetooth on my PC (Windows) and I'm tired about the workarounds required to have it working all the time. Sometimes it needs steam open, sometimes instead having steam open will confuse the game, and so on. And by default the light is off when connected so I never know if it's o, off, low battery. I have a limited amount of time to play and I don't want to waste 1/4 of it troubleshooting the controller.

I saw an e-waste recycler selling brand new stadia controllers for $15. Some of them in a nice mint green tint that I never seen before. Once flashed with the new Bluetooth mode firmware are they good to play on PC (Windows)? Or I should just use Xbox controllers if I want something that "just works"?

The purpose is to trick the user in to clicking the fake link and waste 5 euro for the fake "survey" with those fake waits and fake countdowns leading ultimately to an error 404

Name and shame? hxxps://www.diy-laptoprepair .com/forum/Supermicro-X11SCA-F-repair-guide-schematics.html (link edited in this way they won't get the SEO)

It seems legit at a glance, but then, the link is super generic (technozblog .com/motherboard.html) and all the comments don't make sense as they are disconnected from each other and linking to completely unrelated stuff
