To add insult to injury, Spanish Monarchy died ages ago. The house of Borbon is a French monarchy line. When they didn't want them in France they should have just gone away, not moved to leech off the next door's neighbor.

Individual privacy cannot be infringed. The measures against corporations are a good idea. The rest are only good for official accounts so public officials cannot be impersonated. For private individuals, accountability only needs to happen when they enact violence.
If they really wanted to protect any children, they would simply stop existing.
I would not mind if these two games worked like Guild Wars 1 campaigns: you can play them separately as standalone games, but if you install both, they act as one game and you can play with the characters from one game in the maps with the other.
