Nice. Does anyone else have laggy animations when shutting down their pc from the start menu? Or when messing with the toggles in the taskbar (like calendar)? Just all around laggy animations. Doesn’t bother me that much but curious if it’s a known issue

What an absolute legend

I use Bazaar as well and I just use opensubtitles.com and paid for the $5 subscription for the much higher download cap. Its well worth $5 vs manually finding subtitles for the thousands of tv show episodes I have.

Also as much as I hate TikTok, and the amount of time people spend on it, I think the government starting to censor what applications we can and can’t use is a scary thing. Congressmen have already stated “As soon as the TikTok legislation takes effect, we are going after Facebook and the others”

Can’t remember which one said it but it was an interview on NPR with a congressman.

That makes sense I guess. It was a genuine question, as a young American adult who has been failed by the school system lmao. Thank you for your answer. Shameful how much legislation is so blatantly corrupt though.

For real, shit platform with no real life benefit gets even shittier who would’ve thought

Genuine question, how are people pushing for this legislation not tried for treason? Directly attempting to undermine how the country operates for their own benefit

Same for me, installed arch with archinstall, it installed faster than windows does, and I haven’t had to modify anything or tinker with anything. Even Steam games work out of the box with compatibility mode

If you don’t need any more storage, a power supply could be good, or maybe a cheap $100 ish UPS in case of outages? PSU will last over a decade if you get one with a nice warranty like a Seasonic. More Ram is always nice as well, just keep in mind if you ever upgrade chipsets, ddr4 will not work

Calyx does a lot of snitching on you

That is certainly over dramatic for what is in that article. All they do with Google is trivial things like updating your systems internal clock. A large portion of what is in that article is able to be disabled and prevented by not using Micro-G.

There seems to be massive beef and drama between Calyx and Graphene communities, I have no idea what any of that is about, but this dramatization doesn’t help.
