Here we have these 25kph IAmAbikeAndNotAMotorcylce Frankensteins on the bike lane and I freaking hate it. They go illegaly on the pedestrian, look at their phones while driving, block the narrow bike lanes. They should be supposed to have a drivers license and go on the street. Most if not all of them are food couriers. They should be treated as such.

As I read that they charge just 155 bucks in other countries I guess the high price lies in not having a suitable health care system. You can't have both, calling other countries socialists or communists AND having good health care by having the same contracts that we have. Sorry.

In Austria you have to register to NOT be an organ donor. So we have about 99% donors (after brain death). I am a donor too, as I neither care about my body once I am dead nor bother to register for anything.

Das ist die Aussage, dass definitiv nicht jeder damit zu Recht kommt. Und der Tipp den ich bekam (mindestens 8 Wochen bei den Schmerzen durchzubeißen) extrem schädlich war. Ich hab meine Intuition beiseite geschoben. Wenn man merkt es wird besser, ist es sicher tolles Schuhwerk, wenn nicht, dann nicht dem Verkäuferschmäh glauben.

Was mir danach geholfen hat, btw: super hohe Laufschuhe wie von Nike/Sketchers. Jetzt trage ich wieder Lederschuhe von Clarks, die haben stark gedämpfte Fersen. Eine zeitlang könnte ich selbst die nur zwei Tage aufeinander tragen.

My two cents zu Barfuß Schuhen. Nicht zu lange durchbeißen. Irgendwann bin ich beidseitig mit Fersensporn aufgewacht und es hat Jahre gebraucht, das wieder hinzukriegen.

Ad Kreuzschmerzen hat mir aber ein Nackenpolster geholfen. Richtig schlafen ist auch so eine Sache.
