Tbh I don't know.. it depends on so many personal variables that aren't included your question. For some people, sure, it absolutely does get better and the move on. Others are never able to.

I hope you're in the former category.

Edit to clarify: on old Boost for Reddit, it would always show the first few lines of the post in a preview (when available).

Boost for Lemmy sometimes (50%) will preview a random section of the post text instead of the first lines.

Oh man... my first post here on Lemmy, hailing from Boost for Lemmy!

My Boost for Reddit is still working but I got permanently banned for an absolutely ridiculous reason..

Here's to hoping that B4L can be everything that Reddit threw out the window, and more!
