Hi comrade, just stepping in to say that I agree with your points throughout this thread, esp about reach/audience/impact vs. the idealism of being ideologically pure. Also you've been posting for several hours now. At this point don't worry about idealist and armchair leftists in the thread, there's better things to focus your frustrations on.

Ask about becoming an at-large member and national support to begin building a pre-branch. Our branch was (I believe) the first in our state and started with 3 people and a dream, and now we're driving out and fostering the growth of pre-branches/turfs in multiple surrounding cities, up to two hours away. If you're serious and committed to fixing all this crazy bullshit, then you're willing to do this important work comrade <3
