This photo is just objectively bad, my first thought wasn't "that's a nice ass" it was "did this woman consent to this photo?" Judging by your post history I'm sure she did. If you want others to enjoy/appreciate her body, actually put some effort into the photos you post.

If you're already diagnosed then go through the NHS. I went private for my diagnosis then took the results to my GP who referred me for treatment almost immediately. The diagnosis was the most expensive part for me. (£1200)
