Ich war kürzlich bei einem Vortrag für Lehrer und Eltern einer auf das Thema spezialisierten Staatsanwältin. Die Gesetzeslage ist auf maximalen Kinderschutz ausgelegt:JEDER der in Besitz von Fotos oder Videos ist die Kinder entblößt zeigen macht sich ohne wenn und aber strafbar - das betrifft z.b. auch die in vielen Familienalben üblichen Badefotos bei denen kein normaler Mensch auf einen solchen Kontext käme. Das hilft natürlich dass Täter sich nicht raus reden können, aber kann leider auch die falschen treffen. Der Rat der Staatsanwältin war im Moment der Kenntnisnahme bei der Polizei anrufen und die Situation schildern und um Anweisungen bitten, sobald man solches Material in Besitz nimmt (zugesendete Bilder nicht löschen reicht wohl schon) ist man ohne wenn und aber in großen Schwierigkeiten.

Schade dass die Lehrerin da offenbar nicht informiert war wie man korrekt vorzugehen hat, die Rechtslage ich alles andere als neu.

The second scale sounds like a good Idea till you mess up everything due to using the wrong one. I once had a Spirit Level that was for plumbers and had a Second bubble-level built in that was even when the Level was tiltet to about 1.5 degree, great for waste-lines and gutters. Now everything in my House ist tilted by 1.5 degree except the plumbing and gutters.
