Instagram is more racist than Facebook? I don’t use either but I’m behind the times

I said they are not my favourite people which kind of covers everything you are saying. You can mention them without having to preface everything wrong with them (and I wrote that sentence explicitly to not come across like I’m defending them and having answer these types of posts… but here we are).

I said it’s how they are coping with uncertainty. That’s all. Nothing more.

These acronyms were made by finance people dealing with the uncertainty. Basically pretend trump doesn’t exist so financial uncertainty becomes less volatile.

I understand they have their problems. And they are not my favourite people in the world.

But given the amount of noise in the media, having a taco/nacho approach is sometimes a good filter to apply to media drama around Trumps venting online.

To be clear, I’m not saying disengage from following world events. I mean you don’t need to follow them like a soap opera.

Nacho is apparently the new mantra in the stock markets.

Not a chance Hormuz opens.

From the people who gave us taco.

Patented manager emails, old family recipe.

I remember it being my first search engine after seeing a tv ad for it in the 90s.

Never thought about it for about 20 years but a little sad nonetheless.

Yeah it was not fun to reenter the dating world recently but staying in a broken relationship would have been worse. I’m hoping good people still find good people through whatever medium. But I’m understanding that’s harder now (but still worth it). This type of idiotic take has always existed.

We are not always our quickest. My original response should have been something like:

Leave me out of it. Whatever you got it wasn’t from me.

But I thought of that too late.

If my original comment was better it would have been easier to reply to and carry on the joke.

If it’s me? I feel a little targeted here.

Thanks-that link doesn’t seem to be working at the moment though.

The article here seems to be implying the demographic of streaming is changing.

I was curious if it younger people (I) are shifting how they access it through piracy (what you were suggesting); (ii) it’s more of a broader shift from shows to YouTube or other types of “modern” content

Or more likely both but I was interested how much of each factor.

But is Plex that big with younger people in general?

So just over a week to the next season. There are likely 1-3 more people coming through the door. But despite that uncertainty (and putting transfers to one side), what do you hope happens this season? What is a good season? What is acceptable?

For me:

  • Part of a clear top 3. (Hopefully more than that)
  • our exit from the EL has to be against a good team if we don’t win it.
  • hopefully good domestic cup runs (but they always depend on the draw).

I trust Klopp regardless of how many more get signed.

How is everyone else feeling?

Not sure if people are around/watching but let’s try. Let’s discuss the game.

Liverpool team:

Kelleher

Bradley, Konate, Van Dijk, Robertson

Alexander-Arnold, Clark, Szoboszlai

Salah, Nunez, Diaz

(Formation is a guess/based on LFCTV)

Subs: Jaros, Mrozek, Gomez, Mac Allister, Gakpo, Jota, Tsimikas, Matip, Scanlon, Doak, McConnell, Koumas, Quansah.

Kick off: 1730 (UK time)

Some news

  • Henderson has not traveled.

  • Trent seems like he is starting in midfield.

  • Ali apparently has a slight knock and left out as a precaution.

  • 2 x 45 minute teams likely.

  • First match in Karlsruher's new stadium, so it is a big sold out event for them
