reported to the police over the weekend, they said if the person on the CCTV is known to them then they will investigate, if they are not then it will be filed!

bank want CCTV, but I didn't steal my own card so even though I and they know where the card was used I cannot obtain the CCTV as I'm not the data subject (the fraudster is!) so it can't be released to me, and the bank said it's not their process to seek it! I'm now £48 down a week before payday and they've riled me as SURELY they must be able to get the CCTV?! so yeah, I'm mildly infuriated right now.
