As a student I took three sugars. Then I moved into a house with 4 others none of whom took sugar. For everyone's convenience I went cold turkey and never looked back. Now I'd spit out tea with a quarter of a spoonful of sugar.

I believe that genuine Blue John only comes from Castleton in Derbyshire.

I live in a hilly place and when biking uphill. Using the smallest gear on the crank and the cassette, the chain skips over some cogs. I identified it is *only* on that combination (smallest gear on b in c/bikewrench@lemmy.world
