Evening is going ok, but noticed the screen saver on jellyfin isn't showing up lately.. need to investigate...

Also, watched the latest "Explaining Computers" episode today.

I have the popper, which is basically what you have, and they recommend only putting in up to 80g. I do around 70g a roast.

Yeah, i have an example of this. I spent since time today building a local copy of handbrake have it run in a distrobox of arch to get AMD hardware acceleration as an option. The flatpak version refused to do this. It wasn't too bad, but still wild i did this.

I've got the Esp and the bellow attachment. I have never gone above 28 expect for cold brew. I'm typically just sitting at 20 to 22 for pour over and aeropress. Frenchpress is around 27 for me.

Not really, it's just the time it takes for me to get the paper filter setup and screwed on. I then flip and press. Maybe ten or 15 seconds.
