The type of people who would make these changes are not the ones currently interested in running for election. Some one new would need to run but I'm not sure how you'd trust one person's empty promise over anothers.

Government doesn't need to fix the problem though. They just need to do enough to get reelected.

Housing alone is essential just as a place to live. But then there would also be need for more roads, better public transport, more schools, more hospitals. Population congestion is going to increase and quality of life is going to decrease over the next decade even if all this were to start now.

I love Netflix. I'd happily pay them $20 per month for a single account. The problem is their content. It's not original anymore. Shows with real story and depth have been replaced with reality tv and typical Hollywood formula. Sad seeing the slow decline of the platform that started out so great.

How bout we not recreate the shit hole that is reddit. I can not express the relief I felt when I got out. You can't make me go back!

Let's focus on growing the niche communities we have instead copying other sites.

Creating sell pressure is a tiny part of the solution. The real problem is supply. We need 10x the current build rate. Zoning laws, out dated transport infrastructure and greedy developers will ensure this remains a decades long problem.
