When the number idiots is sizeble percentage of the voting population, sadly it does count.
Only 1 billion? Must only be selling out those that aren't influential enough, or didn't pay bribes to the right people.
He's moving into the general population of a maximum security prison like other dangerous, unrepentant offenders like himself to right? Right?

The sugar episode. They had just got back from the island of San Glucose. All of the sugar they got on the island was dumped in the harbor and town members are jumping into the water to drink it. The judge in the gif (whose name I can't remember) had just before jumping in declared his injunction on sugar in Springfield was out of his jurisdiction to order and nullified it.
