yeah, weird that the same title sponsor of a team never won both.
I assume the overlap in sponsors is significant?

Kind of. There are some teams in Le Mans, for example, that aren't entrants into F1, and vice versa. The only teams of whom I'm aware that entered both are Ferrari, Alpine, and Audi.
