On multiple choices like this, no.

But if the choices are "strongly agree," "agree," "disagree," and "strongly disagree" I have trouble.

"I don't disagree or agree. I feel absolutely nothing about this. What the fuck am I supposed to answer?"

Yeah, in contrast to the guidance in Psychology, surveys should always have a 'neutral' answer, they shouldn't force you to fall on one side or the other
