This GO project is mostly about expanding commuter rail service into proper interurban connections rather than strictly rush hour direction focused as it is.

Metrolinx seems serious finally about building more light and heavy rail in the GTA, while most of the BRT developments are happening outside of the City of Toronto (the Scarborough RT being one temporary exception)

WiTH is RER? Hasn't the author learned that the 1st rule of writing is to explain the first use of an acronym?

RER stands for GO RegionalExpressRail

It's a bit of a Toronto-ism to throw out an acronym and expect people to know it, like DVP, CNE, YTZ, STC and QEW.
