I found a device where I'm still logged on, but I'd like to access lemmygrad on my phone, and I assume I'll eventually get logged out on this computer. I have tried resetting my password, but I never get sent the email when I go through the process. Any ideas?

You would probably want to go to the support community on your instance, or if one isn't present, get in contact with your admins for assistance on that.
