Countries loudly proclaiming to support Ukraine with equipment and ammunition:
- don't send equipment because eScAlATiOn
- don't send ammunition because of internal bickering
- don't send either unless getting refunded
- advocate for their neighbours to do more while doing nothing themselves
- and so on...
...and in basically every case the problematic faction in the discussion is (more or less openly) pro-Russia.
How is Ukraine deficit "natural" then?
