How do I create a new community? (lemmy.fmhy.ml)

I don't see an option for creating new communities anywhere in the app. What am I missing?

I think this is something you can only do in the webapp at the moment

you have to use a browser. There it is pretty easy and when i understand it correctly then moderation is only possible with a browser too
