The humorous thing is, he thought having a profer for ONE SPECIFIC POLICE INTERVIEW meant he was immune from all prosecutions. He bragged about it a LOT that he was the shot caller in tupacs murder. He even wrote a book about how he killed Tupac. What a loser. Enjoy prison.

He bragged about it on some podcast. He never would've been caught otherwise what a dumbass.

If he's rehabilitated by then, then he should be out.

I can't imagine you'd need more than 5 years of full time therapy to be rehabilitated

40 years is too long. How is that legal, even for murder? I thought it was just 20.

Tupac though.

Statutes of Limitation vary state by state, and not all crimes are considered due to their severity.

[–] bedwyr@piefed.ca 2 points 1 week ago

Their is no statute of limitation on murder in any state I believe.

What? No. Our laws are draconian as shit, if they apply maximums. You can get 20 for "Felony Murder" which might not involve knowingly helping a killer. Give a ride to someone that just shot someone? You could get that 20 year charge. Manslaughter is involuntary and that is like 15 or more I think. 1st and 2nd degree murder they can give life sentences. If not the death penalty.
