I feel I could literally die from the shock and then have to live in a nightmare of constantly checking myself for injuries if I survived. Pain sucks but it's a useful survival tool and would rather deal with it throughout life.
Would You Rather
Welcome to c/WouldYouRather, where we present you with the toughest, most ridiculous choices you never knew you had to make! Would you rather have a third arm that's only useful for picking your nose, or be able to talk to animals but only if they're wearing hats? Yeah, it's that kind of vibe. Come for the absurdity, stay because you've clearly got nothing better to do with your life.

Pain or no pain?
Hmm…. That’s a tough one, but I’m going to go with no pain.
If I still get the response of pain down the line (not being able to rest my hand on a hot stove) I’d consider it. To quote Matt Damon in Elysium, “This ain’t gonna kill me.”
On the other hand, sometimes I like to feel a bit of pain given the right, uh, circumstances.
it doesn't say that you won't feel any pain ever again, it's more of a 'for the love of the game' type of thing
