Kind of in a hurry here, so bonus pts for someone finding a higher-quality version and more info upon this particular piece.

I love this pic, tho it seem like this is actually AI.
There is no info about this image, there is only like 6 pictures of the net. But here is more info of what I found:

This is his wikipedia - no mention of this piece, and here is a high resolution of At the sea På havet, 1883.
More non eglish info, and I also found a deleted Reddit post where people were saying it was an AI generated image - tho I don't speak French....

Wow thanks. His painting has infinitely more feeling to it.

I fear you may be right. Now that I have a moment to take a closer look, I can't find a quality info source for this one, just shares.

Darnit! Usually I research and add extra info when posting, but it seems like the few times I skip that, I get burned by AI. I'll leave this up for a little while in case someone can provide better attribution, otherwise I'll delete. 😕

Thanks for looking in to it!

I've checked this quite thoroughly and it seems this image is an example of AI "slop" getting mixed up with historical art online. This is the real picture that Albert Edelfelt painted.

Appreciate!
Sometimes I don't have time to do proper research on a piece, and it seems like I really did screw up on this one.

Actually, I have an idea-- maybe mark this one "AI-generated" and explain why it's a bad idea to post stuff like this? Anyway, it's a debate...
