Crispy pan fried salmon (ghee), crispy bacon with some garlic, chili, and onion... the bacon fat used to cook the sunny side up duck eggs.... finger licking good!

With pork bone broth for desert.

fuck yeah, salmon is awesome! eggs are also nice.

not sure whether i fit into this community though as i try to eat less meat in general, and more veggies. broccoli goes really well with salmon btw. just cook and then add some butter, perfect.

sunnyside up eggs get delightfully crispy when cooked in the cast iron pan, not able to replicate it with other pans.
