Oof, reverse foils are still a thing... Those were painful to get 😖

On a more positive note, I'm happy to see that Boosted Evolution Eevee got a full-art. It's the only Eevee really seeing any play, and I want my deck fully blinged out 🤩

I wonder what the crown rare, immersive and last 2-star supporter would be. If I have to guess:

  • crown rare: the low-rarity card with highest usage in B series. Maybe Sing Swablu? Lucky Ice Pop?
  • immersive: Mega Charizard X (a fan favourite, and doesn't have an immersive)
  • 2-star supporter: a new Professor's Research that features a different professor - likely the one who was most involved with Mega Evolution

So 'reverse foils' are just ones where the background is holographic rather than the artwork? What made them more difficult to get?

I remember when the previous Deluxe pack came out, the cards you got in that didn't count towards the packs they originated from, but am I right in thinking they've changed that?

Yep

So 'reverse foils' are just ones where the background is holographic rather than the artwork? What made them more difficult to get?

There are so many of them but unlike the normal variety, they aren't shared across packs (i.e. you can only pull them from this pack).

Ahh gotcha, thanks! Yeah I never came anywhere close to finishing the first Deluxe pack given the number of cards in it. It felt like a weird one

In A-series deluxe pack, were all ex cards from the A series included in it?

Nope. Those from Secluded Springs (i.e. last expansion before deluxe) were excluded.

If this become a trend, then we should expect the same of Team Rocket's Ambition.
