came out pretty good tbh, though the color and texture could have been better if i baked instead of sauteed it, but i didn't feel like waiting for that

splash of soy sauce and a squirt of tomato paste remains an undefeated strat for that ooh-mommy flavor ๐Ÿ‘Œ
