not getting ANY mobile data AT ALL after sep 2-ish update (self.lineageos)

ive tried EVERYTHING, and i mean EVERYTHING (except a full on reinstall). It started happening around the sep 2 update and its still not fixed to this day. Im using a nothing phone 1 and my familys provider is telia just so you know

if you need any more info then PLEASE say so
