I'm imagining crackers trying to expand the exotic pet trade to have mini leopard cats...
Especially devastating when we have no idea population numbers or ranges. These could, and likely are, under threat. Very cool to see a new cat discovery, definitely didn't expect that. My thoughts are right where yours are though, protect these creatures from our society. Especially idiotic rich white people.
There's already extremely expensive breeds of housecat that look like this, so there's no need, they already have a status symbol they can spend all their money on.
