That really is the peanut gallery, I'm pretty tired of responding to those incorrect ideas. Nice to know we now have information on why we don't need vitamin C (that there's a precursor that is easy to turn into vitamin C in meat)
LDL is a fat carrier, so for us high LDL just means we are exercising more and we need more fat carried to our muscles
Fibre is just excess traffic and actually increases constipation, defection is so easy on this diet
Our brains run on ketones which also protects from and helps reduce several mental illnesses and other mental problems like anxiety. Our red blood cells need glucose, but or bodies synthesise the glucose as needed and in exactly the amount needed, so we don't have good sugar excursions into the diabetic region.
And the medical industry's opinion pieces on zero carb being dangerous or life limiting are speaking without research or even anecdote. We at least have heard from the community of the myriad illnesses put in remission or cured by this diet, and have seen interviews with long term followers of it who seem pretty healthy and young looking for their age, or hard from people on the diet for a decade or longer.
