The NZ Transport Agency (NZTA) is investigating allegations of bribery, corruption and fraud across the driver licensing system, RNZ can reveal.

I swear this is about the 3rd article I've seen over the past year about this. RNZ, I'm not sure you're revealing anything 🤔
