Sousou no Frieren is definitely worth a try.
Having read the manga it's my second most anticipated anime adaptation (after Dungeon Meshi), and so far, it's living up to expectations. The OP is disappointingly generic (while FMABs OPs are banger) but the animation and actual soundtrack of the show has been stellar.
