Idk who op is but I feel ya. Still living with my parents as a 30 something. It's hard fighting the demons sometimes. Sometimes those voices win.

I mean...it's a big thing in a lot of cultures to have multi generational households, no? If you're still trying to make your own way, it's all ok.
