Love how you can clearly see people still benefitting from Socialism, decades after it's been abolished.

I want to show this to an average American but he might not be able to parse the map.

Individualized home ownership is not a good thing. We should own property collectively. Publicly-owned social housing counts "against" a statistic like this, as though it was equivalent to renting from a private landlord.

A lot of people can't afford the costs of maintaining a home properly. Those place with >90% probably have a lot of ramshackle dwellings.

Are renters co-ops counted as "home ownership"? Legally it's not quite true, but it's not like you are paying a landlord either
