Just finished The Last Birdling, and I'm about to start Full Metal Daemon: Muramasa.

Sorry for the delay! (๏ผโฃฬ_โฃฬ)
Things are still busy and hectic on my side so I did nothing both in regards to the community and VN reading. I can't wait to get some free time for both again...
On the tails end of Steins;Gate. Just need Mayuri's route and the true ending. The latter will be easy as I just have to backtrack and get the last flag.
Man, I finally bought SG a few months ago but the perspective of starting it kinda terrifies me at the moment. How is it?
It's really good! Got into the series because it's one of my gf's favorites. Started with Chaos;Head and the experience is kinda light and day. You go from an insufferable protag (and sci-fi horror) to one that's pretty cool. Okabe has his faults but is fine otherwise.
I will say that SG has a really slow build, up until the part where the stakes get really high when you least expect it.
That said, it is pretty long, especially if you're a slow reader like me. My playtime is off by at least 2-4 hours cause there were times when I just idled, but I'm 70ish hours in. It's worth it, though.
Sounds good. I don't mind a slow build up so that's not a problem, all I care about is story that's enjoyable (or at least interesting) to read through - looks like I'll be happy with it.
Length is my only worry to be honest. Not because I don't like long VNs (or games in general) but I have a bit of a problem sticking with things at the moment. It's what prevents me from starting SG and finishing some other games I've been playing on and off for... years in some cases. Mind goblins can be infuriating in the worst ways sometimes.
