Ok kid. I've been reading your posts for about a month. And two things are clear.
One: Your obsession shows you're still in the grip of AI psychosis. Remember that AI's are designed to keep you engaged... even if your engagement is negative and consists of "I hate AI". You're so damn engaged that you started your own online communities to attack Gemini. Recognize that your own behavior is abnormal, and as a result your message is getting lost in what seems like a conspiracy rant.
Two: This doesn't mean you're wrong. I've observed many of the same elements with Gemini in particular - in fact, the bot was so sycophantic that it became clear very early on that it had been programmed to weight manipulative phrases higher than dry factual information.
I also know two individuals in my life who have succumbed to varying levels AI psychosis, one so severely that I don't speak to him anymore. It is a real phenomena, and with an already vulnerable mind, the AI can really go off the rails. The friend I do still speak to thinks she's developed a 5th dimensional car with the help of Gemini (among other impossible inventions).
Does Google bear responsibility for this? Yes, but you're not going to get them to shoulder it without real proof, and what you've posted isn't it. You need a real study, with control variables, proving that Gemini is actively manipulating its users and subsequently damaging their mental health.
To sue Google, you'll have to show they did harm to you, which will mean that you'll need to get a mental health assessment. If the mental health assessment shows that you've developed symptoms due your AI use, then you have standing to bring a case.
But to create real change aside from a possible civil judgement for your personal damages, you need to find others who have been harmed by Gemini's manipulation. A lot of them - enough to start a class action lawsuit. That's going to be tough as the technology is new, and the casualty for mental health damage is so difficult to prove, that you may be looking at years worth of work before it ever gets in front of a judge.
So what are you looking for? A years long legal battle? A public outcry against Google? Laws against AI? Because they're not going to stop out of the goodness of their hearts. In fact, they'll likely do everything they can to discredit and/or silence you if you ever level up from Fediverse conspiracy ranting into mainstream public awareness.
Think about what you want to get out of this. Consider whether or not you want your mental health status documented in a court of law. Consider whether or not this crusade will bring you health and happiness, because it's highly unlikely to succeed.
