Solar? Like all of solar? 😭 Sorry I care about renewables.

You'll probably find a shorter list of those who have not supported Trump.
And an even shorter list of those who are openly defiant of Trump.

Why is this written in 1800's cause of death font?
It’s either typed on a typewriter or Ai. I suspect the latter.
Oh shit I think I know where the AI got it from.

Just kidding/not kidding
I love how Johnson & Johnson is listed down in other donors as someone to boycott as if that's an easy task. They own like half the fucking grocery store 🥲
Right. It's like saying "the first step to positive change is to completely stop participating in the economy"
Gets us thinking out of the box?
Looks like one enthusiastic supporter and a bunch of kiss-the-ring folks wearing the corporate approved minimum pieces of flair.
Support is support.
Don't just boycott. Actively do things that cost them money.
If I have $100 to spend, steering that away from them only loses them $100 or so. But if you actively interfere with their income streams, you're not actually limited to the amount of your own spending power.
Report them for fines and penalties. Poison the data they collect on the world. Take advantage of the costly perks they offer (e.g., 100% return policies on open box items), clog up their customer support lines, exercise your consumer rights to your data or data deletion, target their loss leaders to cut into their profits, etc.
This feels like a job for anonymous … where do I sign up?
Don't sign up anywhere. Just do. The lack of coordination makes it harder to counter, at least not without other collateral damage to legitimate customers and the like.
The reason why fElon Fuck donated so much, in his words, is because he didn't wanna go to prison.
Yes boycott solar

Obviously? Ever had a president that is basically a sell out? Its the most juiciest president and administration for a capitalist. Donate like 1 mill make 10+ billion.
I've been degoogled for many years but I still watch Youtube through a front end - I can't see how that benefits Google.
Current phone is a Pixel with GrapheneOS, next one will be a Motorola with GrapheneOS.
Last pack of N95 masks came from Staples instead of Amazon.
The only socials I have is Mastodon and Lemmy.
Wouldn't catch me even being a passenger in a modern spy car.
I can't stand Microsoft products.
KUDOS. But these hard choices need to be shared with the many people who do not believe it is possible.
My choices for internet are Crapcast and Starlink; what do I do?
Internet over packet radio is a thing
Starlink (not listed but is a musk company) is supporting cell service to a large portion of cellular companies in the U.s including T-Mobile and it's affiliates.
It's hard to be a conscientious consumer when broke.
Tmobile has cheap cell service. Are the alternatives even better? Idk if they use starlink too.
Do we really need a cell? This is a hard question we need to start taking seriously.
Do we need cellular services?
Yes.
Just from a safety perspective, a transportable communication device is very useful.
Don't forget AWS
Ugh. Yes.
Doesn't that hold up like half the internet?
Yeah, the other half is Azure and Google Cloud, which should also be in this list 🫠
So we're boned then?
What if I bought my Kindle before it was cool to hate on them?
In 5 billion years the Earth will be consumed by the sun so nothing matters.
And in a very large number of years, the universe is going to tear itself and everything else apart, including atoms. (Most likely).
It’s okay if you pirate everything you read.
Cool. Thanks?
Hmm… my joke was that using the kindle was… anyway… I saw your comment and saw there was another reading I had not intended.
The hardest part about boycotting is finding a company that I'm currently giving money to. These companies haven't made anything worth buying in a decade.
Americans are too lazy to accept being inconvenienced in any way and it's gotten to the point where any change at all is inconvenient. It sucks here.
That’s why we she to make internet 1997 cool again.
any time you use $USD you are helping Nazis
the best thing to do is limit spending as much as possible
The problem is that inflation is still kind of high, so if you don't spend it, it's losing 3.4% of its value each year.
Unless you can convince your employer to pay you in Euros, Bitcoin, gold, or silver, you either have to spend USD or sacrifice 3.4% of its value every year.
Literally and Figuratively.
